Real World Scenario 1
Modern Office Park (Large), Test Conducted
This facility is located in Bryanston, is less than 3 years old and was constructed with energy efficient lighting throughout the office areas. The office area is approximately 75,000 sq-m with 113,000 sq-m of underground carparks. During the evening the facility is empty barring a skeleton team of security staff and a handful of office staff working over-time.
Electrosense conducted a test on one floor of one building of this complex. Based on the data acquired during a complete lighting audit of this floor, a 5th Energy Proactive Energy Management System™ was designed. The system and the savings to be realized are shown below.

This facility located in Braamfontein, is approximately 25 years old and was constructed with energy inefficient lighting throughout the office areas. The office area is approximately 55,000 sq-m with 5,000 sq-m of underground carparks. In addition there are numerous individual through-the-wall airconditioners. During the evening the facility is empty barring a skeleton team of security staff and a handful of office staff working over-time.
Electrosense conducted a complete audit of all floors, all buildings of this complex and a 5th Energy Proactive Energy Management System™ was designed to control the lights and the individual air conditioners. The system and the savings to be realized are shown below.
